Felt I was not being told that more needed to be done than what was required. Car was taken care of in time frame they gave. When I came to pick up the car they explained what was done and how to get a better life out of the brakes. Mark, the gentleman helping me at the Gresham store, was wonderful to work with. I appreciate the fact that your company informs the customer regarding their automotive needs, but in no way pushes unnecessary services. My car required a complete reconstruction. I also opted to have the fuel injection system cleaned. I only wish your shop could have aligned my car, too. Then I would have been able to get everything done. Mark and Chris were terrific to work with. I was there for a number of hours and during that time I became very impressed with the customer service and the way they both interacted with the clientele.
